Whats the best protein shake

as above ive been having a look on ebay and there is so many! ive used the maximuscle protein extreme before but it was 40 quid for a tub im after something cheaper thats just as good if not better any help would be ace cheers in advance

Asda sell the Body Supreme brand, ok it's only 66% protein, but it's very cheap, about £15 a tub if I recall correctly.

How the hell can you drink Met-Rx Strawberry.....its shockingly bad!!! LOL! I had one scoop out of mine & gave it away - the lad was made up until he tasted it too!!

PhD Synergy for me at the moment - chocolate or strawberry - basically the same as Maximuscle but tastes.....sooooo much better & is cheaper!!

I used MP weightgainer and thought that was hard to get down with 4 scoops, bet thats thick stuff with 6 scoops lol. May give it a go though!

Honestly not as bad as i had imagined.What i do though is split each dosage into 2 so have 3 scoops per drink and have 4 a day rather than 2 a day.Goes down easier and dont feel so bloated after it aswell

Very smooth tbh and dont need to shake for ages either.Easiest stuff ive had to use and ive used ALOT over the years!!! I dont use with milk when on gear as i get too much bloat from it but some people are fine that way just need to try it with both water and milk

USN Pure Protein gets my vote, strawberry cream, very very nice

ones i have had and don't like

met-rx leaves a funny aftertaste
reflex is to weak with water, needs milk, no good for cutting
core - just tasted like shit

i had some rely nice cookie and cream protein some Aussie stuff tasted grate but was crap content
