Right guys, iv got memebership to GNC (lol) and so far have had the MEtrx whey protein and im just about to finish muscletech nitro tech hardcore

both done real good but i starting to not like the tast of the nitrotech. Can any one suggest a good protein shake?

hi mate been training now for around year and a half always used propeptide its made by cnp its really good protien and the vanilla flavour is proper nice! fills me up nicely too without feeling bloated. cheers.

its quality stuff mate. best flavours in my opinion are mint choco (mint aero anyone?)
and orange choc (like terrys choc orange)

tryed the rasberry tasted a bit chemically,artificial
vanilla was not too bad.

Not a bad price and maybe taste is good but not much protein in there (19g) which is wot ya taking it for I use USN as below with protien of 35 g per serving and mix's really well and also tastes great to and only slightly dearer

Mix it with milk then mate it dont matter and gain a few more protein as well i do But honestly it taste's lovely with water to just a bit more like a milk shake with milk

They have actually put in wrong value's in ad but you get per serving

Calories 1500
Protein 100g
Carbohydrates 208g
Meduim Chain Trigylcerides 19g
Fat 10g

Thats all with milk 16 fl.oz or approx 510/520ml

Only get chocolate though as rest taste rank

I'll give it a go then.

I tried others that were intended for water with milk too, but still tasted bad, worse in fact. Only way I could manage them in the end was to blend them with half milk, half water, plus honey, a load of fruit and even a weetabix, lol

But if you say that one's nice it's worth a try. I have a mate who swears by USN

i think there has been a mix up on that site mate, on USN`s own site 100% whey only has 25g protien per 34g serving. (possibly the serving size and protien amount has got mixed up on that site)

so,

MP True whey has 19g protien per 25g serving so gram for gram mp true whey is actually better (slightly) and its cheaper and less carbs and fat. but all that all depends on what you want from your shake. ..


and there is 7 flavours and not just 3 !

Sorry mate this is the one a use same stuff though as i beleive sci mx are the british equilivant of american USN. And the 35g are right as i have the tubs here
