Can anyone (Godzilla?) tell me basically how and why people do this for bodybuilding purposes?

I imagine it must have a positive effect and i've heard it referred to as 'magic milk' but i'm not sure how/when it's taken and what it would cause apart from breaking down any sugars/carbs in a post workout shake faster so they get straight to the muscle.

If poss can this be advised from the perspective of someone with type 1 diabetes please.

Thanks for the link ballin, sort of how i thought really, although i was curious to it's effect if not stacked with a Steroid...?

I do know it's a risk, but i'm already type 1 so i inject 4times daily now anyway.
