my weightloss/training diary. update! 25/2
right, was first day at the gym today! i only had a fairly mild workout as ive been on a control and restraint course two days this week which has FUCKED me back arms and ribs are agony!
measured myself when i got back and thought id pop up my results on here and do a weekly update. will take a pic later and put that up aswell but as of today:
chest: 44"/112.5cm - 43"/110cm
waist: 40"/102cm - 38.5"/98cm
left arm: 14.5"/37cm - 14.5"/37cm
right arm: 14.5"/37cm - 14.5"/37cm
plan is 20mins of cardo every day minimum, then next week start a weight training program a mate has made up for me. proper diet of grains/oats for brekkie, then typical high protien meals with decent carbs and low fat throughout the day, and loads of fruit and water.
will update as i go! hopefully see some results soon and be in decent shape for summer!

Good stuff Stu , Its amasing how quickly your body adapts to extra cardio.
2 weeks back I started on the cycling machine 30mins per day, gradualy i've been able to increase the resistance and breaking through the pain barrier/s are becoming less and less harsh.
I look to every 5min incriment as time for water, so a drink on 5min 10min etc etc I found it helps.

ive found ive got trimmer since spending a few hours a week at a driving range, certainly ache in muscles i never seem to use in a workout too.

i HATE golf
of down the gym again now!
only third day yesterday but was able to do an extra 6minute program on the bike at the end and i didnt feel nearly as fucked as i did the first day! going to do the extra 6 minutes witha little more resistance today and see how i go!

didnt go yesterday, forgot why but one day wouldnt hurt anyway! back there today after work, hit the weights today and im totally shocked how weak i am!!! not got my notebook to hand and cant remember the weights i was pushing but proper shocking! couldnt complete the full programme my mate knocked up for me as i simply couldnt lift anymore weights i got home and litterally couldnt lift my arms above my head in the shower
ache like fuck now too!
dunno if ive lost much weight/size this week so far but ive ordered some 'suppliments' though so should see some decent improvements within the next few weeks

well not measured myself in just over two weeks when i first put this post up.

not massive losses but losses all the same!! and ive not been doing THAT well with my diet and couldve done more at the gym too so theres room for more yet!
im pleased! its a start!
