Default advice on diet

currently tryin to bulk my tiny 5'4" frame up,looking for advice on whats best to eat and does my training routine look ok,i currently work for 2 weeks on one routine then change about as not to let the body get used to it,anything i could add/takeaway from my diet or change to my workout to get the best gains,cheers in advance


5am protein shake, 100g oats

8.30am 3 slice brown bread with chicken and salad,banana

10am bag of roast chicken bites

12pm tin of tuna,apple

2pm pasta or baked potato/cheese,tub of strawberry yoghurt,protien shake,100g oats

2.30pm gym workout immediatley followed by 50g waxy maize starch and 5mg creapure

4pm 3-4 eggs,protein shake


6pm 2 chicken breasts with salad or steak with new potatoes and pepper sauce,


8.30pm protein shake,fruit bowl



monday shoulders and chest

tuesday biceps and legs,abs

wednesday rest

thursday back and neck

friday tri's and abs

saturday health suite

sunday rest

I think you could relax more, regarding training and diet. You seem to be approaching it in a serious way, but if you have a "tiny frame" (and thus new to weight training I assume?) perhaps you don't need to worry about advanced training and diet, YET.

Training should be a stress-buster, not a cause of stress!
