any help?
ive been to the gym numerous times now but always seem to lack the motivation i need mainly by training on my own cus i have no freinds . i did start to shape up abit but did not put any weight on so ive now decided to go back but eat properley and train at set intervals days etc. Im planing on going 3 times a week for around 1 - 1 1/2 hours . What meals should i eat ?? when time etc? im only looking for upperbody as i play football so my lower regions need no attention lol im currently just over 10 stone and never put any weight on lol - so can anyone help?? please?

Buy some protein shake, use it!
ie. immediately after workout, then again in about an hour, eat lots of protein in the 24 hours after a workout, that's the most important thing.
