Weight Loss help.
Can someone with abit of an idea help me out,
Due to me doing my back in again I have piled the weight on and had to take up a non manual job,
I am starting to go jogging once maybe twice a day starting off at mile a go (dependant on work start and finish times)
And looking at getting a mountain bike for weekend punishment,
All i need now is somekind of diet to compliment the exercise, as I am a sucker for curry's and crisp
I have put a stop on the beer for 6 month, quit the smokes last May so I must have some willpower
As things are, I am just under 6ft and 17 stone (always been a chunk though) and would like to get down to the 13/14 stone mark before I even think of doing weights.
