Default wtf

ok ive been dieting from ages now, can tell too as ive lost facial flab etc.

started 22 stone 2 lb, im now 20 stone 10lb, however i started at 44inch waist and ive just found out today im now 50inch waist...............

I cant understand how i can lose so much wheight yet PUT ON 6 waist sizes.

Yet the 44inch jeans i wear are too loose and fall down, but i cant find a belt thats long enough to hold them up (48 inch belt aint long enough...)

This is really depressing me as it seems the more cardio, weights, and dieting i do, the higher my waist size ???

so i think its t-5's for me now.

one thing i will say is i have womens hips type of body, no idea why its just where all my wheight goes.

just wish it would work properly as i stick to a diet for a month and it goes bad to worse, yet all my mates eat kfc for breakfast lunch and tea (campus on uni) and all keep to 9 stone with no excercise
