Who am I trying to kid
Well, Seriously.. I wanna get back down the gym every week, haven't been going lately due to an arm injury
Also wanna try stop the alcohol?! Ive been good with that too lately, havent had a drop for weeks and not missing it tbh
Reckon its do-able? I'll report back in 3 months! After Jan 1st

You will be able to do it mate! Keep with it though as unless your on gear results will take time. 3 months with a good diet and 3-4 times at the gym a week doing the basics, squatting, bench pressing, deadlifts, dips, chins, barbell curls etc will have you looking good for the summer. Just keep it in your mind that by summer you will be able to take your top off on a hot day and feel good about yourself.
Keep with it mate.......the results will pay off by making you feel good and others look in envy!

Me too! New Year- New start!! Im starting a new gym thats just opened up next to ours.
My problem is I love me food and keep eating shite.
So, Im going on the protein shakes to keep me filled up and gonna take 1 picture every day to look at the progress. I might post them up here if yous dont mind seeing me!

I too will attempt to start beasting myself in in the gym in the new year, it's fucked up how fast you can put weight on doing no exercise and eating and drinking all the bad stuff I have gone from 13 stone to 17 stone in 1.5 years . Fat fucker
