dave your rowing fucking well for that time, longest i can row is 8 mins, i aim to do 1250m in 5 mins but my traps hurt like a mother fucker

8 mins if i take it easier but still the joints in my fore arms burn and the traps kill

running,,, aint got a clue what i do but i can do TOPS 10mins and if i do 11km per hour at elevation of 2

fair play on the running ect,, i find it soo fucking hard to do as i also get bored easy running for so long

Treadmills are ok if it's raining, but you can get impact damage. You will also not strengthen up your joints, tendons etc up as much as running outside. Get your ass outside

For a treadmill your 5km time is ok, but not quick.

I do 5.1k in 20mins dead on the treadmill. I dunno if that's any good. I do about 400m on setting 8, then the rest on 14 (max).
