Default help please

Im really unfit, been dieting lost 7lb in one week.

Im going to make myself stay on this diet so i dont put it all back on again or suffer health wise from on and off dieting. im actually enjoying it more than "normal food"

my diet consists of

2 weetabix and sweetner / small bowl of wheat flakes and sweetner

marks and spencers count on us sandwich (BLT mostly)

salad : yellow pepper slices, sliced boiled eggs x1, lettuce, 2x smoked ham, 1x corned beef, small serving of coleslaw, small serving of potatoe salad, small bit of low fat mustard.

then a pack of M&S crisps or sandwich at 8pm ish (under 400 cals)

Im wanting to buy a concept 2 rower off ebay for £600 or hopefully under

I want a punchbag and gloves, dumbells, barbells, and bench. also fancy the look of a multigym but worried about the sturdiness.

what brands do i need to get, whats shit and whats not, is YORK good or Bodyform ?

im 21 stone i want to be 17 stone ideally including the wheights im doing.

Im really unfit though even bending down to put something in the bin off the floor = sweating
