Default Exercise help

Hi there peeps, was wondering if any of yous nice people could help me

I'm wanting to tone up my upper arms, thighs, bum and stomach and was wondering what the best way to go about this is.

I am doing about 50 sit ups a day (on a good day ) and i walk about 2 miles a day.

The only exericise my arms get is, carrying the shopping home or carrying Josh up to bed

Went on one of them body fat machines in Boots and it said i had 25% body fat, now i dont know if thats alot or not, but sounds a lot to me.
I'm 5'9.2 and weigh just over 9 and half stone, tried workin my bmi out but im dumb

Thanks in advcance

25% is fine for a woman as they have more bodyfat than men.

22-25% is considered healthy and normal.

A good exercise for thighs, bum and stomach is squats as it does all 3.

By upper arms do you mean you triceps or biceps or both?
