a lot of steroids boost testosterone levels thus that bigger more built look and extra strength. this might be a more mild form but never heard of it. can u get it from holland and barretts

well thats a relief cos I just spent Ł15 on natural testosterone booster capsules from holland & barretts. cant remember what they called but will let you lot know what they are. will say if I see a difference too.

Yeah them! How often does he take them? Any noticeable difference in toning/definition?
Increased libido & feeling more alive in the mornings were what he commented on. Im sure he increased his daily intake of zink at the same time(unsure why) maybe someone else will know the reasoning?
Lol I couldnt care less about what they do to my sexual feelings and hormones but I know its testosterone that gives men that manly muscular physique thats why I wanted to try them!!

I cant say that the noticable incerase in strength & size and reduction in body fat is entrely down to him taking Tribulus.
Hard work a good diet and plenty rest being the key componants. He would say tribulus has been a contributing factor.

we'll i've just bought some and i'll see how it go's.
They reckon a big part of training is visualisation and positive attitude so if it gives you that then it's good for something

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
I`d prefer to stay away from all the supplements, alot can be said for knuckling down hard on a good diet and hard training, then the rewards will come. Good luck anyway with the stuff.
