I did it in 30min, 30secs last nite, 1st attempt at it with the treadmill set at 9.5. Want to try and set myself a time to do it in to improve.

What time does everyone run it in?

I dont run 5k normally, I do a lot of 10k though, and I would expect to do 5k in under 18mins.

I cant run on a treadmill though. I just cant get into my stride.

Same about me on a tredmill..

Try it on the road mate. I can do it in around 20 mins.

most ive ever timed is 1.5k at about 9mins about 10.5km/h

22 mins for 5k on treadmill only did that once, done it after a chest workout and thought i was going to die.

normally around 22 mins but training for 10k's at the moment which I try & aim for around 45 mins ish.
