Just gone back after three weeks!!
Yesterday was my first proper gym session for over three weeks. Now its the morning after and my muscles all feel shot! Really stiff they were when I got up but glad I can feel it.
I found that I could still lift everything that I could before but my body would tire out much more easily than before.
Now just getting back into the routine!

i normally use my dumbells every other day but didnt for a few weeks and i then used my mates home gym last thursday, and the following morning my arms, chest, stomach were soo stiff and sore, almost feels like you bruised them if you poke them, its now sunday and i can still feel it abit still at least i know somethings working

Ive just done 90kg deadlifts tonight after a 2 week lay off as my form
went to shit with the weight i was trying and smashed my back up
So laid off of it andf now its gone back to being all good
