Default gaining weight

hi all im new to this sight so i just browsing around and ths caught my eye.

Im 18 and i way around 9 stoneish i think and quite tall.
I have been trying to put ON weight so i could build my self up but it is not working.
I eat tones of junk food and some moderatly healthy food but just burn it all off in a matter of days in which i can gain weight.

Can Anyone Help?

Cheers

as Ballin says, eat more food but you could also use a weight gain supplement too......aslong as you train with it.

take it with either dextrose or glucose

hi mate i weighed 9 stone at 19 joined the gym didnt put on much weight for a year, then decided to eat properly, now weigh 10.10.

protein shake for breakfast.
10.00 tea brake- 200 grams of chicken, mayo, and as much pasta as can eat
12.30 chocolate and crisps
3.00 big chicken slice
6.00 dinner
training
protien shake.

i constantly feel sick where im so full up but i am puting on weight. gonna try pauls protein bars to peplace my lunch time rubbish

it will take you a long time, you wont put on loads of weight overnight but you should see a steady increase if you eat the right foods.

just over two years ago I decided that I was too skinny and thought I`d start the gym, quit eatin crap and started having proper meals. I built my eating up slowly, now I eat seven to eight meals a day and went from being 6ft 2` 9stone to almost 15 stone. Just hard work and don`t expect it to happen overnight

i take 1 scoop of Progain which is sold via maximuslce 45 mins before a work out, and 1 scoop immediately after, and i train 5 days a week. for 45 mins at a time. its a high protein and calories etc... i've put on half a stone in just over a month.

Eatting breakfast, mid morn, lunch, mid afternoon and evening, and sometimes a late eve snack, but its not all junk, i eat alot of paste, chicken, and salads, my calories are close to 6000 a day.

Train hard, eat right and you will see the gains.

and just to add im thin built and 6ft. untill i got the food part right the training suffered. but once i got it sorted the gains are obvious to see

oooo and one more things, now the ball is rolling the training becomes easier as you know exactly what to do, the gains pick up speed for a while
