Has anyone used this (the sachets) ?

Guy at work told me he's tried a few supplements in his time, and found better results with these sachets.

Do you think a month is enough to try out supplements?

I've just ordered a pack of 20 (just in case it doesn't work out)

Am I right in thinking that the ideal time to take supplements is about an hour before the workout ? (which in this case would be 1 sachet?)

Got them

Going to try it out on Friday. If I've read correctly I add 500ml of water/milk to 1 sachet and shake/get jiggy. Then drink it up about 1 hour before I start my routine ?

he means 500ml per sachet = 1 shake, and that you should have 3 shakes a day.

Would it have the same effect if I mixed all 3 sachets into 1500ml ?

If I did it as 3 seperate shakes, would they be taken like meals (silly question I know, them being meal replacement) ... so one around breaky, 1 near lunch and 1 before the workout ?

Says on the sachets that they must be consumed within 20mins of mixing ... is this right?
