Default Need more energy when training....***UPDATE***

OK guys, when I'm at the gym I get approx half way through my routines then I start getting really weak?? I tend to try and have a bit carbs before I go and I eat a load of bananas EVERY day but my body just feels tired quickly!!

Been thinking about trying some supplements pre training? Been thinking about Creatine??

I have my protein shakes, 3 a day, morning, after training and before I go to bed.....do I have to have these on the days I don't train aswell as currently I don't?

What do you's reccomend

Thank you

creatine should help that scott. i found that after a week of loading i could run for longer, lift more - basically train harder for longer. i was truly shocked at how much of as difference it made. been off it for over a year but by strange conincidence just bought some earlier today lol
"a bit of carbs before i go" - how long before and how much? your body takes around 3 hours before carb intake is energy ready for use.

how LONG are your workouts?

3 protein shakes a day is useless, people rely on shakes FAR too much, you need protein from food, not protein from powder, no its not the same!
if you are having 3 a day you should be at competitive level, which obviously you are not. stick to the basics, lots of high protein proper food and you will grow

Well,

since changing from my "Body Fortress" whey shakes to the "MassFX" Carb & protein mud shakes and Been loading with "CreatineFX", 30g per day, 7.5g with brekky, 7.5g at 1pm - Train between 2pm - 3pm, Shake with 7.5g creatine then again before I go to bed.

What a difference!!!!

I can lift MORE weight, I don't run out of steam as easy and as the creatine says, I feel as though my muscles ARE saturated!!

Got 2 more loading days then i'll drop down to a 10g maintenance and then see where I go from there.

Then I'm gonna change my routine
