Eat less do more cv.
Thats about as simple as it gets...
Try spreading your meals over 5 seperate sittings.
Drink lots of water.
Erm thats about it i suppose

I've (somehow) managed to loose 3 stone in 3 months ... which I think I would weigh less if I wasn't bulking up at the same time.
Thing that I can remember I've changed and might contribute to lacking of weight are cutting down/out crisps and chocolate (but to be naughty I have a high % cocoa chocolate). I eat a lot more fish and meat with vegetables and have quite a bit of fruit ... and drink plenty of water
I have 1 day a week at the gym for CV. Some evenings and weekends I go for long walks with the missus.
Surprised the hell out of me when I found out how much I lost when I though I hadn't changed much ... but reading what I've just typed, it sounds like I did a lot :O

I'm 6ft and my weight fluctuates which really annoys me, but at the moment I'm struggling to shift any. I weight about 13 and a half (too many corporate lunches!!!) but look much better at 13.
I want to get down to 12.5 within 6 weeks, is this possible?
For breakfast I have a mullerlight yoghurt, lunch two brown bread rolls with chicken, and something like chilli or chicken and rice for dinner.
Exercise wise I try to run two lots of 3 miles per week, with maybe a walk thrown in. I just don't have time to get to the gym and I'm really frustrated with my podgey gut and appearance.

I still have a bit of a gut now, but its going ... slowly but surely
I feel better now than I have done before (especially since starting Kung Fu and Tai Chi) ... a lot more active, heart rate has dropped and it takes longer for me to get out of breath which is a good thing as i used to be asmatic.
I think the weight loss has slowed down (I don't weigh myself that often) which I dont mind as I can see where the extra weight is going to
