creatine itital intake
trying to figure out how i shud initialy take the creatine as the met rx tub itself dosnt show anythin about intial intake.
anyone used the crephos and knows what i shud take for the first time?

loading phase = take 4-5 servings a day for 4-5 days
maintenance phase = 1-2 servings a day
do not exceed the loading suggestion of 5 days in any 1 month period
