Where do i start???
im 25 n im wanting to get tonk!! so where do i start? im going to start the gym but i havent a clue on what weights do what im thinkin of steroids to give me a boost i know they aint gud but i want muscles fast. what foods shud i be eating and how oftern and what foods shud i stay away from?
any help on this will be appricated

Like most things ... you've got to work to it.
I've heard that 'roids can give heart problems, make ya moody and stressed and make your 'man-hood' shrink ... so do as the members on PF do and work towards getting bigger.
Personally, I'd start doing weights your comfortable with lifting for a few sessions/weeks so that your body gets used to the regular work outs then start moving onto bigger weights (but keeping with the comfort side).
Rest is also, if not, the most important part. It does sound like if your resting your not working out ... but the resting part allows your muscles to repair so they're ready for another work out.
... but you still have to work for it.

Get your techinques right first before you get in bad habits. Dont do steroids. Invest in some whey protein, creatine and glutamine. Regualr small meals is what your after. Set yourself some realistic goals and routines. But there is no substitution for dedication and HARD work

thanks for all your help peeps im going to start on monday at the gym how many hours should i do at a time? n how oftern? i will pick up the protein drinks and tablets this weekend (no steriods).

mate whatever you do, don't touch steroids unless you wanna compete, they aint good for you, and most important than all diet is 80% of gettin bigger. make sure you get your diet right, it doesnt matter how many times you go to gym, if you dont eat properly there is no way you ll get big.
eat high protien meals like chiken, fish, red meat and loads of carbs like rice , pasta.
and dont stay in the gym for more than an hour or you will overtrain.
