Default fast foods as a weight training diet

ive been thinking about this for a while now i find it hard to eat healthly when on the move so maybe as a forum we could find foods that are avalible off the shelf in say co-op/morriosons/tesco like sandwiches ect

i dont know how well this will work but once a few ppl start posting it should snowball

i was thinking as a forum we could do some reserch

so when your out and about feeling peckish find the healthiest snack you can save the wrapper and post the info up here

we want
protein,
carbs,
cal,
fat,
and price

i will ammend/modify this post as needed and suppose set up some sort of leader bord

Not sure if the Boots food is good for you ... but it certainly tastes nice and I would of thought it would be better than eating Maccy D's

Just had a look at the Shapers page on the Boots site, and the site has some info on each food.
