Cycling seems to be helping me, and mine's only an exercise bike, not a "proper" one...

Bought the bike at the end of July and am currently just doing warm-ups and about 15 minutes of cycling three times a week (at the moment), started eating a lot more healthily about the same time, and the following has happened in that time:

- resting heart-rate, dropped from about 85-90 down to 65-75.
- weight, lost almost a stone.
- feel a lot fitter.
- not sleeping very well.

Oh well, pity about the last one (although I've never been a good sleeper), but I guess it'll sort itself out after a while! Quite chuffed about the weight-loss, so far, though!

im on a fat burner too....

ive not gone on a dite but cut out alot of shit foods
(altho a burger and few pints are still in there for sundays )

The advise i was given was 40 to 60 min cardio 5 times a week

YOU DO NOT have to work your bollcoks off with it its all about stamina no fast running or cycling or anything like that

u burn just as much fat walking as u do running
(Calories = fast, Fat = Slow)

im currently doing 30 mins bike and 10 min walk before doing heavy body part trainning.

personaly im not intereted in losing any weight im only 15st but do wanna lose me belly and love handles (there huge considering im not that heavy )
sorry to go on just had alot to say

Default thats it

theirs just simple exercises, u dnt need to eat less at all... just cut out bad foods an eat fresh foods at meal times not all hours of the day messes your eatin routine up. theirs a exerciser called the bullworker? i got one of egay, they do actually work turns fat into mucle wont happen over night it does so much works your chest arms shoulders back of your arms. bruce lee even used it thats how long its been around. dancin will work too. just keep doing what you doing running and biking and walking are prob the best just give it time you prob wont see the difrence but other ppl will . phil

first of all you need to sort out your diet mate, if you wana lose all your fat try to eat very small or no amounts of carbohydrates per day specially after 4pm as thats when your metabolisam slows down.
make sure you don't eat any fried food or crap like that and drink lots of water.

as for the exercising cycling and walking fast up the hill are the best ones to burn fat.

and for the supplements try flaxseed oil as it is a natural fatty acid and will burn your bodys fat.
another strong one is thermobol from maximuscle, i was taking them back in summer and i nearly lost 3 inches round my waste and it was only 30 quid.

best of luck mate
