whats supplement stacks are you doing?
im currently trying controlled labs green bulge and white blood, im having the best pumps ive had with any supplement and my muscles stay pumped for hours after my workout, think i need to add something to make my recovery time qiucker as its a good three days befor i can next train, any one else doing any stacks and how have they worked for you?

I am now taking just Whey Protein and creatine at the moment.
Precision engineering creatine- twice a day... Usually morning and after wrokout
Myopro Whey Protein - 4 times a day/ morning, 4.30 (hour before gym, then after gym and at night before bed with milk.

No side affects. Feel like I have more energy with the creatine.
Protein is fine too.. All feeling good.
I know some people complain about pains and dodgy asses too
