Body Fat.. What's yours ??

I've just had my body fat worked out down the gym by the instructor there..

Bi - 2.5
Tricep - 7
SC - 8
stomach area - 10

Worked out that I have 11 1/2 % body fat.

He said it was good, but I wanna bulk up so seems a little low to me.

Whats everyone else's

im 5ft9 20 stone 4lb and 12pcnt fat i want to get up to 21 stone by next year then compete at around 18 stone at 2 percent bf

would hate to think what mine is probably > 60% am now weighing about 32stone i think having lost a a bit of weight recenly and bulked up with creatine. would like to get down to about 28 stone with more muscle mass.
