Default Cutting & Diet

Ok I'm looking to plan a proper diet because at the minute I eat anything and everything.

I'm 6ft and weigh approx 11st and I'm wanting to lose abit of my stomach and rid myself of the moobs

So I was wondering what you would recomend as a good daily diet aswell as what training I should be doing. I know a 6 pack and pecs wont appear overnight but I'd like to be doing things that help the process instead of hindering it.

Any help much appreciated guys

fook me boy you need to put weight on not cut as you wont have anything to cut on the first place

cardio is the best obviously but i would concentrate on building muscle before you start to loose more weight, IMO anyway

Its just abit of excess weight on my stomach and my pecs that I want to get rid off, I'm not after dropping too much off just abit and then tone the rest if you get me?

Everytime I put abit on it goes straight to my gut making it look flabby, I'd post a pic but there all on my home pc

that is because you are prob eating the wrong food, you should eat low carbs etc etc, high protein should sort you out

no snacks between meals if you wanna loose it.

just do a lot of cardio mate, that should be it
