My New regime...
Been given a new system for the gym this week and trust me I actually kill...
Today was legs and traps..
140Kg leg press.. 3 sets of 10
60kg seated leg extentions - 3 sets of 10
40kg Leg curls - 2x10 1x8 (til failure)
Smiths machine squats - 50kg 3 sets of 10
Shrugs - using 27.5k dumbells. 3 sets of 10
Seated calf raises - 40kg - 2 sets 10.. 1 set of 15 (til failure)
Still aching loads now from doing the other muscle groups Monday and Tuesday... I know I won't be ablr to get out of bed in the morning.. I had trouble standing up at the gym..

Looks an improvement on Thursday session looking back..Leg press -
Which was...
Leg press -120kg 3 sets of 8 reps
Leg Extensions - 50kg 3 sets of 8 - This one hurt!
Leg Curls - 40kg - did 2 sets of 8 then 1 set of 4 and couldn't lift any more
Seated Calf Raises - 40kg and I felt it
