Have you heard people using the word, or seen it written down? because they are pronounced the same, but obviously spelt differently!!

Anyway, deca durabolin (nandrolone decanoate) is an injectable steroid.

Obviously goes with out saying, steer clear!

i would hazard a guess they are clueless gym numpties who are actually talking about dbol (dianabol).
