Default Need some advice please

i just joing a gym because i want to get my physcial fitness back again (im 16 and got worse since i left school ), lose a bit of weight and my endurance and tone up at the same time.. but i know its pointless doing this without eating properly so i was wondering if somebody could please give me a few tips on what to eat to get the most out of going to the gym to achieve my goal

Just cut back on your portion sizes, avoid crisps, chocolate, burgers etc...eat more chicken, tuna, salmon, veg, fruit, cereals, drink 6pints of water a day at least...i'm no expert but it's working for me.
