does the pain ever stop
just got back from my 3rd day of the gym and the pains getting worse how long before it stops hurting like flock

Well, in my own experience, it steadies out to a dull ache after a week or so when your body adjusts to teh workload, and then just stays that way forever, the intensity of the workout varies how much that particular bodypart hurts.
If your training for strength, then it really is true what they say... "No pain no gain"
N.B:
It may be worth reviewing your protein intake if your not repairing fast enough pal, you can do more damage than good if you dont intake enough protein. Aim for 1g per Lb of lean bodyweight and you wont go far wrong.

lol im feeling the no pain no gain as this was my 3rd visit and im a lazy bastard normally i will put it down to that the muscles have never been used it hurts but im still buzzin off the gym roll on friday
