I do this quite a lot. Usually I just do 20 minutes and try to keep going 2000m per 10 minutes. But it's part of my longer routine wich has some other exercises of this kind (cycling, cycling with hands workout or this thing on which you walk veryfast - sorry I don't know names of those in English) so I cannot end up on the floor out of breath

I do 45-50 minutes of this kind of stuff before normal workout with weights and machines.

I change order and kind of those because I would get bored to death. Also I had to cut on rowing machine as my spine is not up to the job :-( Spine limits me very much in exercises :-(

I think I'll try how much distance I can cover moximum over 5 minutes. Maybe sometime after my normal training

In my defence.. i didnt eat the whole tube, it was a snack between three of us for the 7hr drive to Folkestone!!

Id come off my diet to enjoy the german trip as its 80% about socialising and food. I assure you my diet is far healthier day to day.

Anyway.. your just scared im going to come along and smash your record.

fair play on the pringles how long will it take for you to smash my time? Spoke to Lee about my time and he recons i am at a big disadvantage with this rowing thing due to my size and weight ... which means you should find it easier!!!!!

I take on board your concern Martoon but I have 2 full days off, Wednesday & Sunday. Thursday is just light cardio, no heavy training. Been doing this 2part split routine for 6months now with good results so far mate.

he he nice one but even when you get to the 1370m in 5 mins you still have to carry on for the balance of the 2000m to equal my effort i might try a balls out 5 min row and see what i get.

Quick Reply: Concept 2 rowing machine, time for 2000m ??
