Was in a (pre-portioned in bottles) powdered form, soluble into a (pretty horrid) drink.

Pretty sure it was a mix of lots of different things, but deffo not a 1-off thing.

ive taken effigen in little pill form same sort of thing as speed helps weight loss and does tast like shit ,u can get a similer thing called stacks and there not ilegal

That IS ephedrine, you need to mix it with caffeine to really see the benefits of Fat loss. Ratios of 1:10 are quoted but thats a shit load of caffeine. I take 2 x 25mg tablets with 2x proplus tablets(90mg). I also take an asprin with it. I do this 2 or 3 times a day for a couple of weeks and then rest and repeat. YOur body can become acclimatised to ephdrine so its worth taking a break every now an again.

Quick update in this stuff.

Its NOT called Effigen thats for sure, and that was just a hazy drunken memory of the word Ephidrine, like expected.

What it is, is a mixture of stuff, called summat with 3 words, meant to be a jokey name, but not sure what it was, drunk again

Its got Ephidrine in it, but also about 3-4 other things, inc caffine, at least one of them highly illegal

One things for sure, if you get a pint glass, put it in, then quarter of a pint of vodka, then fill the rest with lemonade (it them fizzes stupidly so do it slowly as it will go everywhere), it makes an interesting start to a night out

Allegedly its good before you go down the gym too, but dunno, recreational use only so far
