Default Protein shakes

For my self i cant make a protein shake at work, just wondering if i made one in the morning befoure work would it still be ok to drink later on in the day or will it "go off" or any thing?

Hi Benn, i drink My garnell Nutrition drink some 6hrs after making it and its fine pal. That is in teh fridge all day though.

agree with stu on this. As long as its kept in the fridge there shouldnt be a prob.
