strength increase!!!
I've been back into my training now for 3 weeks and been taking my whey shakes religously and I've just had a mega workout
Just done my monday routine - Chest, Triceps & Calves.
In 3 weeks back into it and i've DOUBLED the weight that I started with, fook me, I'm so surprised with the strength increase!!!
I'm not lifting HUGE weight but I'm benching very comfortably and my form is getting better.
I can see me reaching my goal very quickly at this rate

Ive reached a bit of a plateau at the moment, Im benching 75kg and curling about 40kg but cant increase much. I think Im going to have to start sorting my diet out. Its infuriating though cos the lads I used to train with all started taking steroids and are monsters now! I feel like the runt of the pack!
The closest Ive come to increasing lately is doing 25kg hammer curls (up from 22.5kg.).

happens to us all m8, i hit 12st and couldnt gain, ended up raising my training wieght by about 15kg and just kept getting stronger just no wieght or bulk,
have stoped for 3 weeks, gaind half a stone and filled out alot, then back onto the wieghts and am toning up a treat! might just need a break?

I got no where after 3 weeks, did the whole lot, diet, whey, creatine alternating muscle groups etc. I think my bench went from 42.5kg to 47.5kg and curls from 27.5kg to 32.5kg. Jacked it in, started again about a month ago, stuck it for a week and gave up again, the negatives were FAR out weighing the benefits for me

building a powerfull looking body takes years not days or weeks or even months but years and even when you reach your goal you will have a new one.so keep it up and be dertermined and stick with it.as your wieght moves up you need more caories to keep getting bigger so if your body wieght sticks its for only one reason your not eating enough.you might think you do but just sit down and work it out. i can bench 180kg incline bench for 4 to 6 reps and my best is 200kg for 4 cheers
