In the Sunderland area..
Does anyone do any kickboxing or jujitsu training?
I did kickboxing for 3 years until a bad back stopped me doin it, a have been goin to the gym for nearly a year now to build it up but the gym is not an enjoyable place to be with all the posers and now really want to get back into kickboxing, cos there was nothing like the feeling of a good training session!!
so just wondering if anyone from here does any training of the like....

the lad at work says he goes to COMBAT FORUM in Ryhope
says its in the industrial estate between Ryhope and McDonalds
the MMA is on wednesday between 6.30 and 8.30pm
but they do a different martial art on every night of the week
