I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
|
It should say on the tub. I've just started using it again (not used for about 2 - 3 years because of stopping training) but you should load up for 5 days then maintain for around 7 weeks (8 weeks in all) and then come off for at least a month.
If you want to go back onto it after that month then fill your boots but it can be left for longer if you want

I load at 20g per day for the first 5 days (4x5g) and take a maintenance dose of 3g per day for 6 weeks. Take 2 weeks off and start loading again. Make sure you drink LOADS of water every day.

You should take creatine everyday, the idea of the higher dose on the loading phase is to saturate your muscles with creatine and then keep the levels high with the maintenance dose, i take my maintenance dose just after training as your muscles are more receptive to intake of nutrients etc, although as long as you take it every day it shouldn't really matter what time of day.
This link will give you a better understanding of creatine. http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/creat...0and_facts.php |
