A woman at work drinks the juice from a lemon and says it helps digest the food and helps get rid of the fat in the foods you have eaten............

True or false??

Yes, ,,,,....but I expect the amount she is consuming is not enough to get any real benifit so she will be wasting her time.

Green tea is also shown to be good for fat loss but you couldn't drink enough to get the full benifits eaither. Hence why you would use a supplement instead!
