just getting started
Been a bit of a struggle,to be honest ,.
After crimbo i was on the scales at 110 kg which is too much for my 6ft ,as i also have a bad knee.
So our lass talked me in to joining the gym,and i went but sat on a bike with no motivation at all
However i stuck at it and am now begining to enjoy it ,i started doing a good mix of cardio and light weights to tone down at the end of jan and it is working now ,.
In total i have lost 15kg since newyears day,am allso feeling better for it so will keep up the training but the diat has been not as strickt the last couple of weeks as the need to feed has clicked in but i am staying away from fast food monday to friday with a little treat on the weekends
Looking to get down to 90kg for the spring and see if i can hold it ,thats the main problem holding the weight .
Nice to have found this section will pop in more often
