Default burning feeling in muscles + recovery questions!

When i train biceps and forearms i get strong burning feeling within my forearms!

Is this a bad thing?

Should you stop when you get this or carry on pushing?

What causes it and is there any way to suppress it so you can do further exercises?

why is it when training forearms you never get any muscle pain or feeling you have worked them hard the next day like with other muscle groups?

What is the best way to speed up recovery as when i train chest or triceps they hurt for 3/4 days afterwards?

chris.
