I used to take amino acid tablets and Glutamine in powder form. The amino tablets seem a bit old fashioned these days and I don't hear of many people taking them. The Glutamine is just one of the 22 amino acids which was hyped as 'the' amino acid a few years ago.
All I take now is;
Vitamin C; 4 x 500mg
Cod liver; 4 x one a day tablets
Protein Powder - currently using MetRX
Have used eph tablets for fat loss before and that was pretty good. And use creatine on and off although I don't see the benefits I used to.

I take 1000g vit c,
1000g Flax seed oil x2 (Much better than cod liver oil IMHO)
Used to take multi vit, but have dropped that as i eat tons of fruit and veg so am confident i get enough.
Take whey (MetRx-Strawberry tastes lovely ) in the morning, 2 scoops, and after training the same.
Take 2-3g of CEE a day also
I got a pretty good book which covers most supplements, but to be honest i've never been convinced by many except whey and creatine.

I have one scoop of Metrx whey protein shake in the morning and a bowl of muesli,a banana,an alpen bar,
a bowl of pasta and tin of tuna for lunch,
Metrx meal replacement in the afternoon,
Metrx whey protein shake after the gym
and a high protein and carb meal after.
Any thoughts or opinions on this would be good
