Just been to a new Gym.... exciting...

Just been to the new Gym in Poulton to get my induction on their new machines and im well impressed

The range of things they have there means i may well knock my current place on the head altogether and start here instead, as my membership scheme gives me access to this place to as many times as i like

They have cable crossovers, assisted pullups, assisted dips and the freeweights are far better and a heavier range too.

The CV machines have a headphone socket so you can plug in and choose tyhe audio from any 1 of the 4 screens they have showing or any of 4 music channels, as well as your own cd if you require.... very impressive stuff and likely will keep you interested and pass teh boring CV time away in no time.

Sounds a nice place mate, I hope this will help you vary your routine a little more and get some more exercises in.

Sounds cool, I really would like to change my gym to something more entertaining, but they never seem to have the range of equipment down here

Its a council run sports center, apparently been bought out by teh YMCA so will all be upgraded for teh better in April so im told.

I need to find a way to work teh new machines into my routine, i think its time i took Paul Eggleton up on his services. Paul, you have PM.
