500kg leg pressing
Really need to shed some fat this year though, want to drop from 16 to 15 stone and hold onto as much size as possible. I'll try and find some piccys of when i was 18 stone

Nice and lean Fast As, did you buy one of those Lloyd Pharmacy bodyfat devices? It would be good to see what you measure as a comparison for everyone else. I personally think any leaner is too much(hard work )

According to the b/f monitor im 8.7%!! I think thats a bit optimistic
I would guess im more around 11-12%
I used to be quite chubby/fat a few years back, prob 20+% so im quite pleased with the progress so far!
Paul, you're fairly sizeable there bud, what are your stats out of interest.

Gunna cut (slowly) for a few months to knock an inch or 2 off the waist, then back on a bulk
Judging by tha pic of you at 17 paul, i would say you have pretty good genetics

Looking good peeps. This thread has given me the extra kick to try and shed a couple of pounds of love handles! I have never taken any pictures of me since I started training 14-15 years ago and looking at the ones of Paul above I have missed out! The camera never lies and its a great way to tell if you are improving or not. I think I'd best get some taken.

You'll have to excuse me but I am a proper skinny fooker, but my motivation is to get a bit bigger, in the past few months have put on 2 stone but got another stone that I want to go then I'll be happy
You'll also have to excuse the crap pics as the were taken on a camera fone
I'll put some more up in a few months once I've hopefully got a bit bigger but seemed to hit a bit of a brick wall at the moment and staying around the 68 / 69 kg mark. Time to mix diet & routine up a bit I think
