I would guess im more around 11-12%
I used to be quite chubby/fat a few years back, prob 20+% so im quite pleased with the progress so far!

Gunna cut (slowly) for a few months to knock an inch or 2 off the waist, then back on a bulk

Looking good peeps. This thread has given me the extra kick to try and shed a couple of pounds of love handles!

I have never taken any pictures of me since I started training 14-15 years ago and looking at the ones of Paul above I have missed out! The camera never lies and its a great way to tell if you are improving or not. I think I'd best get some taken.

You'll have to excuse me but I am a proper skinny fooker, but my motivation is to get a bit bigger, in the past few months have put on 2 stone but got another stone that I want to go then I'll be happy

You'll also have to excuse the crap pics as the were taken on a camera fone

I'll put some more up in a few months once I've hopefully got a bit bigger but seemed to hit a bit of a brick wall at the moment and staying around the 68 / 69 kg mark. Time to mix diet & routine up a bit I think
