I know that from granada 24v you can use a lot of things.. but what about 24v scorpio ?

I'm planning to buy one to get the BOB engine out and install in my sierra 2.0 with an MT75 hybrid box and a programmable ECU (probably my megasquirt)

Currently I've installed in my sierra front 2wd cosworth calipers. But in the rear I'm still with stock disc brakes. I've readed that I can use 24v scorpio rear brakes are there are the same as cosworth 4x4.

is there any more thing i can use? probably rear beam?? (is this useful?)

In particular I want to discuss the oil gauges, where/how is best to fit them? I see some people have used 'sandwich plates' onto the oil filter housing, or adapters onto the oil pressure switch point on the block, what does everyone reccomend, and more importantly, what specifically did you use and where did you procure such an item....! :top:

I've had the fuel lines off between the pump and injectors to do the oil cooler stat, just wondering if the system needs bleeding before attempting to start?

I've got the inlet off too, will give that a clean at work tomorrow. Thought it would be very clogged as it's done 130k, but there was just a small bit of oily gunge that will come out with a good steam clean.

Plenty of info out there for the tdci, but very little for the tddi regarding bleeding.

Thanks

Right im looking at buying a rollcage for my fiesta but unsure which to get and price dont bother me within reason but weight does and safety and the abilty to use it racing. So far i can only find one cage thats even made for my model which is an omp 6 point bolt in cage which is more costly than a mutipoint weld in one but its alot lighter and i can fit it my self which is a plus but i think a bolt in cage would only allow me to enter club events hill climbs sprints ect but if i wanted to race say in ford fiesta champ i think i would have to fit a new weld in cage but i cant find one company that sells them for the 1996 to 2002 fiesta.

So what options do i have for a cage? buy a bolt in cage and hope i can use it in a championship or get a weld in one from a diffrent car and mod it to fit or get a besoke cage made but will that even be fia aproved then?
