Default which exhaust manifold for a zetec

Putting a 1.8 zetec into my mk4 escort which exhaust manifold should I use standard, four branch or st170? Cheers mark

Haven't seen a dyno test yet comparing an aftermarket Zetec manifold with the ST170 item. ST170 has too much bends for my taste, I'd go for a "normal type" four branch.

st170 manifold is good. depending on what gearbox and sump your going to use will dictate if your going to use it std or have to modify it.

Using a cvh gearbox what sump would I need iv bought a st170 manifold.
