biggest rs-1600 i meeting in europe at EFE 2005 in holland
I read on the german http://www.rs1600i.de/ site that at the 2005 European Ford Event of the dutch XR/RS club on 11 september in landgraaf there would be the biggest meeting ever of rs-1600 i's of europe including uk,german,belgian and dutch cars who can confirm this for me because in that case ill be leaving my threedoor at home and go with my rsi

the 2004 date was indeed 12 sept..
12 sept 2005 is on a monday .. so its all bogus i think

the date of rs1600i.de is wrong. i´ve heard that it will be on the 11th september. you can also find this information in the rsoc forum but i´ve got no official date yet...
the idea is that the uk guys will visit landgraaf next year and to make it bigger we germans, french, dutch etc. guys would place our cars next to them. so it won´t be an official meeting...

yes i made a mistake its indeed the 11 of september and you can already be sure off the date it has been the second weekend of september for the last 8 years orso

a load of us 16i lot are defo going, will be posting details of a cheap ferry crossing in the next day or two on rsoc bb. £49 return to france and drive up in convoy

RSi meeting Landgraaf
Hello guys,
being a member of the Dutch XRRS-club (organiser EFE-Landgraaf) I have heard about someone being quit busy getting as much RSi owners as possible to Landgraaf.
As far as I know this is not an official XRRS-club initiative, but hey, who cares. Who wouldn't like to see a lot of RSi's!!
You have to take into account though that "a great number" in mainland understanding might be less than your understanding......
I have just looked at a posting of the guy involved (in Dutch, his name is Bart) at the forum of: http://home.wanadoo.nl/remywierts/home.htm (Dutch RSi expert) and he (Bart) states that he already found 8 RSi owners for which he arranged a hotel with carpark.

the RSi on tour will come to the European Ford Event this year.
contact has been made by them to order a place on the Club-Lane this year.

anyone heard from Bart who was organising this through us all at the RSOC BB, he has been very quiet lately, very unlike him, lol. Just wanted to see if everything was OK with him

bart can you inform me over msn how much there will be comming over cause i will make sure that there will be a special spott on efe with enough room for the rs'16 i's ,i spoke to one off the lads on ford fair and he mentioned 9 cars will attend the trip but that will be uk cars,i persume there will be some german and maybe french and belgium attenders aswell.
Let me know if you have some update over the total amount of cars anyway.
Its too bad i cant get mine ready for the show
bought me already a full stripingset for after the respray 
will be rsi on tour 2006 for me
