90 spec h plate s2 101k

mot and tax for 6 months
blue gauges and dials
stage 1
16 inch oz wheels
clifford cat 1 with total closure and prox sensors
stage 1 'bernie' box

bad bits

dent in pass door (needs new door)
bubbles around sunroof
bubbles on leading edge of bonnet
tailgate rotton inside (not visible from outside and doesnt leak)

have put it up for offers as i wanna cossie, but dont know how much to settle for?

I would say 1k tops tbh as who wants an erst with loads of rust and a stoved in door

a clean local car with mot tax ect with a fooked box went for 400 quid as above not much more than a grand is what i would pay if i was in the market

you can put a new door, bonnet and tailgate on it for less than 200 quid

might break it but dunno what i would do with the shell afterwards??

i've sold a few S2's like that for between £650-£1300, depends on the overall look of the car etc.....
but rst prices have gone a bit wayward latley, i reckon you could advertise it for 2k & see what happens, at the end of the day mercury grey was one of the most popular colours & its a H plate.

Then do that mate, £200 spent out may see a £500 return, money well spent. But if you cant be arsed to do it yourself, then I wouldnt expect people to pay much for it.

thats the case really i cant be arsed, wanna cossie now, its in the same condition as most of the rst's for sale at the minute for 2-3k. just has a dent in the door. i reckon it will sell as soon as it goes in the trader, just wasnt sure what to put it up for. its a good looking car, not an old dog, and i'll be sad to see it go.
