I've seen it in the flesh and it looks even better than in the pics, fantastic condition- really tasteful mods. Worth every penny

I have been offered a 04 and 54 plate type R Ep3 in the last week for between 3.7 and 4.2k both with 60k.....but im in the trade.......seems abit dear to me? (no offence) maybe thats how times are?.

No offence meant mate just shows how hard times are......was offered a 53 plate phase 2 in red the other day for £3700 these type Rs are getting cheap, and are ALOT of car for the money!

It's well priced considering the spec and it looks a nice example. Alot of the ones that are cheap are in need of TLC.
