My MINT saphire cosworth SOLD
This is pasted from the pistonheads advert hope it works.
I have stopped myself writing this advert 3 times now & gave in this morning i just dont use the car its that clean & with my 6 week old baby just here i dont get any time so i want something i can use instead ofbeing tucked away in the garage i dont have the time to keep this car the way it deserves to be kept.
Its a gold cup winning car ex concourse with 4x4 parts fitted.
This car used to be trailored everywhere & has only covered 4000 miles in the last 10 years.
Its got original dealer number plates alexanders of edinburgh , window sticker & tax disc holder.
Mileage is 89k with every receipt , MOT to back it up the history folder for this car is like no other its amazing.
The car drives as good as it looks & stopps even better.
Engine is spot on no piston slap , smoke , rattles , oil useage its beleived to have never been split the engine its that good i spoke to Mark Mcubbin the sierra saphire cosworth registra he built this car to the standard it is & he never touched the engine.
Its running stage 3 now with dark green injectors , msd chip , L8 ecu & board. -31 ctuator.
I have a new MSD urated fuel pump loom that will come with the car but not fitted.
Gearbox again is totally mint
Clutch = bad point it slips ever so slightly BUT i have a brand new AP organic clutch kit costing £360 that will come with the car but not fitted (easy job) on 2wd cossie i just dont have the time.
Suspension AVO coilovers spanking new.
Brakes Monster AP6 pot calipers & 362 floating discs , rears drilled & grooved.
Wheels 18 inc comp mo's in gold.
Body work is just stunning & underside is just as good as the top.
Interior is all mint with later 4x4 dash , New alpine cd headunit with i-pod lead , alpine V12 amp in boot with 6x9's.
BAD bit apart from the clutch thats slipping ever so slightly but there is a new one with the car thats prob the best you can buy without going paddle clutch there is none its mint.
If you can call it a bad bit the dials are white (i imagine these were in when the car was being showed? But i have a mint set of standard clocks that will come with the car..
Now this car is ready to show & use it dosent see rain & i would hope the new owner dosent let it see it either. Itscurrently sorn for the winter.
I do not need to sell this car its tucked up in the hot garage for the winter & we have another 2 cars for work so i wont be taking any silly offers.
Its got 2 Cat 1 insurance approved alarms & immobilisers as well.. If i have forgot anything just e mail me im not putting my phone number down to be text at midnight with tyre kickers e mail me & i will be in touch thanks.
Please dont confuse this car with other cosworths this is MINT & ready to show.
£8600 ovno would consider px something i can use.

I owned this car, it is seriously mint, I can't even describe also how good it drives , in my opinion it is too cheap at that, Carlo don't take a penny less, it is better than it looks in the pics, i know most ppl put on here put if only I had the money, but seriously if I did have the money I would have this back any time,

i know the feeling ,s1s especially i bet i have looked at mine a hell of a lot longer than ive drove it 
i have even being thinking about getting a cheap rs1600i for the same reason ,just something to plod about in without worrying about the weather or stonechips or mileage etc lol

Do love your Saff Carlo, the wheels and brakes make the car look awesome!
As said before in the thread, the market is a bit slow.. But as your maybe looking for something sensible in part-ex i think it should take long before she goes.

that is a stunner carlo. keep it tucked up for winter and decide in the new year lol. you'll regret selling it lol. GLWTS. you will easily sell it at that price.
