saff 4x4 cossie project or breaking.
ford siera rs cosworth 4x4 sapphire. 1990 (h) reg. moonstone blue.
trackday track car project.
emerald ecu, low compression engine, bd10 cams, vernier pulleys, t34 turbo, 500 intercooler, light blue injectors. 3" stainless exhaust. tubular exhaust manifold.
below is a list of parts ive fitted since i bought the car all these parts are new and have done 0 miles unless otherwise stated.
cam followers/hydraulic lifters.
turbosport vernier camshaft pulleys.
MSD high output (wasted spark) coilpack.
forge 20-28 psi actuator.
uprated kevlar dump valve diaphragm.
slimline fan.
044 motorsport fuel pump, new filter and connectors, re-con'd cradle.
fuel pump re-wire(with mondeo inertia switch in boot).
avo adjustable front shocks.
P.I springs x4.
GGR cambelt and tensioner.
82 degree thermostat.
genuine ford air and water temp sensors.
genuine ford oil filter.
mobil 1 15w50 oil.
motorsport h.t leads (wasted spark).
flo flex engine mounts.
flo flex gearbox mount.
flo flex gearchange cradle bushes.
superflex rear beam mounts.
de-flex rear arm bushes.
castrol trx gearbox oil.
transfer box oil.
front diff oil.
cam cover gasket and stainless steel bolts,(still in packaging).
2x 17" front tyres.
1x steering rack gaitor.
1x wheel bearing.
2x track control arms,(re-used old polyurethane bushes).
vacuum hose.
front diff brackets.
oil pressure/oil temperature/water temperature/boost pressure/fuel pressure/exhaust temperature and voltage(wired to fuel pump) gauges.
stack afr guage (second hand).
cometic inlet manifold gasket,(plus new spare).
exhaust manifold gaskets and studs.
r+b motorsport rear toe shims.
roose boost hose.
oil pressure switch.
1x brake flexi hose.
motorcraft 071 spark plugs.(spare ngk spark plugs).
new copper-nickel fuel and brake lines front to back.
new nitrile lined rubber fuel hose.
i fitted a complete set of good second hand samco coolant hoses and boost hoses.
i fitted a good second hand bailey oil seperator and had a catch tank made to replicate the header tank.
i also fitted a very good second hand k&n cone air filter.
engine starts and runs but needs setting up at emerald in watton norfolk or you can play with it yourself if you like as it comes with the software to upload to your computer.
i made the engine wiring harness myself it all works fine but needs tidying. i was going to get 1 made once mapped.
no tax and no mot.
the shell has had extensive welding not all to a good quality and the shell requires more if you were to have it on the road/mot'd. i welded the rear chassis rails where the rear beam mounts to last year to a high sandard. the drivers side rear arch is badly corroded. the wings have been polished to many times and its worn through the paint.
no radio fitted.
roof lining sagging.
some interior panels not fitted.
drivers seat bolster leather badly worn.
door cards leather worn.
spares included in the sale are listed below.
new ford arch liners
turbo heat shield
various gaskets.
4x standard alloys (sharktooth)(2 need painting).
rear springs.
reason for selling: lost storage space since made redundant in june and need cash.
I need £3000 for it.
might consider breaking if enough interest.
